SHOP POLICIES
RESCHEDULING
Clients are entitled to one free reschedule. If your appointment is rescheduled more than once, an additional deposit must be placed. These deposits can be added together if the proper 48 hour notice is given to reschedule and taken off the final price of the tattoo.
If an appointment is moved more than 3 times, you risk losing your deposit, and your artist may not feel comfortable working with you moving forward.
STENCILS/ARTWORK
Artwork will not be shown until the day of your tattoo unless your artist requires any additional input. We know you are excited to see your design, but most of the time our artists draw in sequence and spend a lot of time working and drawing for appointments usually the next day.
Please do not ask to see artwork early, as it will likely be not viewable until the day of your appointment. Minor changes can be made day of, and this time is accounted for when making your appointment. Any major changes can be modified but this may result in a rescheduled appointment or additional charge.
PRICING
Each senior artist charges $175 per hour.
Our apprentice price varies by piece.
Please refrain from price shopping. Our artists are not here to do the cheap work, but quality work. This is where finding an artist with the correct style for your piece is important, rather than cost.
When quoting, our artists will work to stay within the requested budget. Quoted price is usually an estimate and may not be the final price.
ARRIVAL
Best is to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to meet your artist, settle in and fill out your waiver. Be sure to have eaten before your appointment, and refrain from bringing coffee and other drinks. We recommend only bringing a bottle of water and snacks if you need.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
If you are running late for your appointment be sure to let your artist know as soon as possible.
If you are 5 or more minutes late, part of your deposit will be forfeit. After 15 minutes your entire deposit is forfeit and your appointment will be considered a no show and cancelled.
TOUCH UPS + AFTERCARE
Our studio offers touch ups for free within 6 months of the original appointment date.
Be sure to follow the aftercare instructions given to you by your artist. Your artist will be able to tell if a touch up is due to negligence during the healing process. If there are obvious signs of picking/infection/lack of aftercare, there may be an added expense. This is at your artists discretion.
Hands, fingers, palms, feet and other high traffic areas are highly prone to fading and do not fall within the free touchup policy.
