        COVID-19 REOPENING GUIDELINES

Here at Yokai Tattoo are taking the guidelines very seriously, to keep both our ourselves and our clients safe.
As always, we are appointment based and do not accept walk in tattoos. At this time we are not accepting in person consultations, or bookings. To book an appointment please contact your desired artist directly for the speediest response. We are continuing to sell gift cards, we just ask that when you walk in you wait at our hand sanitizing station until we come to assist you.

Please be advised of the following guidelines when you are looking to book:

Yokai Tattoo will be implementing the following shop guidelines that coincide with those that Public Health has given:

• We will not be taking in person bookings at this time. If you wish to make an appointment please contact your artist via Facebook or email. In studio consultations must be booked in advance.

• If you or anyone in your household is sick or has COVID-19 symptoms, please contact your artist reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice. If you show up feeling sick or have traveled outside of Saskatchewan within 14 days, you will be turned away and your deposit will be lost. Don’t show up sick/coughing and make things awkward when we have to turn you away. We are only going to tattoo clients if we feel comfortable. Artists will be contacting clients the day before your appointment to confirm your appointment with you and see how you are feeling. Please be honest.

• Again, deposits are still considered non-refundable. You will not lose your deposit if your reschedule due to illness/symptoms related to COVID-19 within 48 hours. Please do not take advantage of this.

• Clients must not arrive earlier then 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Please come on time, but no earlier.

• Clients must come alone. Sorry guys no friends, no spouses, no family – just you.

• Clients must wear a mask, be it fabric or disposable paper one. We will have some available for purchase if you do not have your own. Our artists will also be wearing the required PPE.

• We ask that all clients remove their shoes upon entering the shop. We have designated mats for shoes. So remember to wear socks.

• The shop will provide you with hand sanitizer upon arrival and before exiting.

• Our station set up and equipment are single use, and as always will be disposed of after each client and all surfaces disinfected. Extra time will be allotted between appointments to account for additional surface cleaning. All tattoo surfaces are treated with hospital grade disinfectants.

• We accept all forms of payment, though credit and debit are preferred at this time.
We will continue to update and improve our guidelines as new information arises. The heath and safety of our staff and clients is the most important thing during this reopening and we look forward to seeing you guys soon! If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask
